RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The purpose of Strumento Marino ("the Seller") is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without any penalty, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on www.strumentomarino.com . The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Before returning the products by courier, it is necessary to fill in the Return Form (compliant with the standard form pursuant to art.49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) that you find online in the Customer Service area, or write and send to the Seller to the email address info@strumentomarino.net an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice to the fact that it will remain your responsibility to prove the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Seller will send you confirmation by email of the receipt of the request for withdrawal sent through this form.
It is not possible to return personalized items.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
1. the Return Form sent directly online through the email address info@strumentomarino.net or other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly filled in and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products;
2. the products must not have been used;
3. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
4. the returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract
5. the products must not be damaged;
6. pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of customized or tailor-made goods, therefore not resalable or reusable;
7. the products ordered by the customer will be made within 12/15 working days from the moment the payment is credited. The seller is in no way responsible for any production delays attributable to third party suppliers and shipments may be subject to delays that cannot be quantified in periods of intense traffic. In this case, however, the Seller undertakes to promptly inform the Customer, specifying that the delay does not constitute a right to withdrawal as previously indicated.
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you in full the price of the products purchased, remaining at your expense only for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller. However, if you decide to use the courier provided by the seller, you will not have to pay the costs of the return in person, it will be Strumento Marino to pay, on your behalf, the courier, withholding a sum equal to the cost previously from the refund. incurred for the delivery of the purchased products to your home. If, on the other hand, you decide to use a different courier, you will have to pay the return costs in person.
The seller will verify compliance of the products with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 7.7. of the Conditions of Sale, and will inform you via email in case of acceptance of the return.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated above in the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, STRUMENTO MARINO reserves the right to withhold the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.
Refund times and methods
After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return, or, if the returned products have decreased in value, you will receive an email in which you will be informed of the amount deducted by way of deduction of the refund. Whatever payment method you use (credit / debit card or PayPal), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise. of your right of withdrawal, once you have verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the above conditions.
The actual time for crediting or returning the amounts you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
Bank transfer: the refund will be made on the coordinates entered in the return request form previously provided by you, usually the transfer is credited to the account within 48 hours of its issue;
Purchase via PayPal (if available): the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
