Before sending any product for repair or technical assistance, we remind you to inform our customer service of the defect or problem you have identified, or if you need spare parts for your watches (glass, strap, etc..). Don't forget to include your personal data, which you can have at your disposal in case of need, including your telephone contact

Strumento Marino does not cover shipping costs for repair returns, including the repair service itself; therefore we suggest you use your own courier for the return, always ensuring the value of your purchase (especially for products of a certain value)
