We certify that your purchase is genuine and has been manufactured following Strumento Marino's standards in terms of style, material and technology. We certify that this is an "original" STRUMENTO MARINO product.

2 YEARS INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Your Strumento Marino product is warranted by STRUMENTO MARINO for a period of two (2) years from the purchase date according to the terme and conditions of this warranty. Strumento Marino warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty comes into effect if you have a copy of the receipt and dealer stamp on this warranty card - this is required as a proof of purchase.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Battery, case, crystal. strap or bracelet.
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Water damages unless it is marked water-resistant (see below water resistant warnings).

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by negligence of persons other than authorized Strumento Marino official service agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

HOW TO RECEIVE WARRANTY REPAIR OR OTHER SERVICE

Should you require service under warranty, please send your product, a copy of your sales receipt, this warranty booklet with the dealer stamp and a description of the problem to:

For service work that is not covered by this warranty, the service center may perform the services you request for a charge depending on the type of product, style and type of work requested.

Strumento Marino highly recommends you to insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment.

Strumento Marino is not responsible for product lost or damage during shipment.

Strumento Marino is only liable for costs regarding reparation ( if the product is under warranty) .Other costs such as packaging, insurance, shipping costs (send/return), duties and taxes costs are under customers expenses.

WATERS RESISTANT WARNINGS

LEAVE THE CROWN IN ITS NORMAL POSITION. If the watch has a screw crown, block the crown.
DO NOT USE THE CROWN AND DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS WHEN THE WATCH IS UNDER WATER.
AFTER BEING SUBMERGED IN SALT WATER, THE WATCH SHOULD BE RINSED WITH FRESH WATER AND DRIED OUT.
MISTED-OVER GLASS.Could happen that a certain degree of humidity is inside the watch. If the temperature outside the watch is lower than the one inside it, the glass might become misted-over.If this condition persist, the watch should be checked.
DO NOT EXPOSE THE WATCH TO HIGH TEMPERATURES (MORE THAN 60°C/140°F) FOR A LONG TIME.
THE GLASS OF THE WATCH MAY HAVE INVISIBLE SCRATCHES.Make sure the glass is checked every year or whenever you replace the battery.
AVOID CONTACT WITH PERFUMES, PETROL AND SOLVENTS.
CASEBACK RINGS, CROWN RINGS AND BUTTON RINGS CAN GET DETERIORATED BY REGULAR USE. Make sure rings are checked every year or whenever you change the battery.
IF THE SPACE BETWEEN THE CASE AND THE CROWN GETS FILLED WITH DIRTY, IT BECOMES DIFFICULT TO PULL OUT THE CROWN. IN ORDER TO AVOID THIS INCONVENIENCE, PERIODICALLY TURN THE CROWN WHEN IT IS IN NORMAL POSITION (OR IN THE RELEASING POSITION IF IT IS A SCREW CROWN).
IF THE WATCH (WITH A GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE) PRESENTS PERMEABILITY DEFECTS, A WATER PROOF TEST CAN BE REQUESTED TO ONE OF OUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS.
IF THE WATCH RESISTS TO THE LEVEL OF DEEPNESS NOTED ON THE CASEBACK, THE REPAIR WILL BE AT THE PURCHASER'S CHARGE, DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE.

WATER RESISTANT TO 3ATM/30M/100FT

The watch can be exposed to spurts but cannot be subjected to water pressure.

WATER RESISTANT TO 5 ATM/50 M/160 FT

The watch can be used for swimming and for working with limited water pressure.

CAUTION - The watch cannot be used for water , apnea , etc..

WATER RESISTANT TO 10 ATM/100 M/330 FT

The watch can be used for water sports.

CAUTION - The watch cannot be used for diving.

WATER RESISTANT TO 20 ATM/200 M/660 FT

The watch can be used for diving.

CAUTION - The watch cannot be used for diving at a saturation deepness until a maximum depth of 200 mt.

WATER RESISTANT TO 30 ATM/300 M/990 FT

The watch can be used for all high impact water sports, scuba diving and saturation diving.

ATTENTION - Watches for expert divers (20atm and more) must be checked periodically in order to preserve their original water resistance, so please apply to one of our Service Centers for all kind of repairs and for battery replacement.
